The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous driver availability, exact arrival times or that every journey will be free from risk. Some application functions may depend on third-party mapping, payment, telecommunications, hosting or other services.

3. Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for their driving conduct and compliance with the laws applicable to them. Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

Vaathi Ride remains responsible for its own legal obligations and acts or omissions. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability, statutory duties, consumer protections or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
